A display that is only visible in daylight is only working part of the time. In the Capital Region the sun sets before five o'clock from November through January, which means a 72-hour display spends most of its window in the dark.

Lighting solves that. The standard package is three solar spotlights, positioned to light the display evenly. They charge during the day and switch on automatically at dusk. No cords, no outlets, and nothing for you to manage.

It also matters for surprises. If the person you are celebrating is coming home after work, lighting is the difference between them seeing it that evening and seeing it the following morning.
